By using this site the user unconditionally agrees to be bound by the terms
and conditions mentioned below.
You assume total responsibility and risk for your use of Ocean Impact. It is solely your responsibility to evaluate the accuracy, completeness and usefulness of
all information, the quality and the merchantability, provided through Ocean Impact.
Orders
Orders can only be placed over the email. All orders will be executed on clearance of cheque/draft/transfer of funds to our account/account of our representative.
Orders have to be placed at least 7 working days before delivery date.
Orders for the quantities specified, or their multiples, will be accepted and processed.
We accept late orders for 'emergency' cases and try our utmost to deliver them within the scheduled time.
Goods will be delivered after the receipt of payment in full.

Delivery
All prices DO NOT include delivery charges.
Deliveries expenses will vary from one city to another. Please furnish complete address of the recipient while placing the order. Include a landmark to identify the address, where possible.
Incorrect addresses may lead to nondelivery/misdelivery, for which Ocean Impact is not to be held liable or responsible.
All deliveries will be acknowledged by the addressee at the time of delivery.
The bona fides of the person receiving the goods at the time of delivery will be verified to the best of our abilities. Ocean Impact shall not be held
responsible for any loss/damage of the goods and no refund shall be made for the same in any case.
An email message will be sent to the client on confirmation of the order as
well as after the delivery has been made.
Delivery shall be made on the appointed day. Should the day be a festival or a national holiday, we will deliver the gift either a day before or a day
after the defined date, as the case may be.
All deliveries will be made in the course of the day. No goods will be delivered very early or late in the day.
Ocean Impact will always try to meet the date and time of delivery as requested by the user in the order form. However, any delay/early delivery
for whatever reason shall not entitle the user to any damages or compensation from Ocean Impact.
Delivery will be made only at the address specified in the order form.
In case there is nobody available at the specified address to accept delivery, Ocean Impact will not be held liable for the spoiling of any perishable items in the order in such circumstances.
Ocean Impact will try to deliver all the products as per the details/specifications given in the order by the user, it reserves the right to
deliver a similar/alternate product for reasons beyond its control and any such action shall not be deemed as a bad delivery.
Cancellations/Changes in Order
Orders once placed, cannot be cancelled.
If there are any changes in the order, notify Ocean Impact as soon as possible.
Ocean Impact will make all efforts to make the changes but will not be held responsible if any advised changes are not incorporated.
No changes will be made if the order has been processed.
Any changes in the order must be in the same category and of the same value as the original order.
General Information
All goods offered by Ocean Impact conform to the highest standards. All efforts will be made to ensure their quality and authenticity at all times.
Each manufacturer whose goods are displayed in this website holds the sole responsibility for the quality and performance of their products. Their
goods are screened by Ocean Impact to conform to basic standards. Ocean Impact shall in no way be held responsible for any harm caused by the use of the products to anybody.
